Empowering Women through Menopause Coaching

Menopause is a natural phase in a woman's life, signalling the end of her reproductive years. It typically occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, bringing about various physical, emotional, and psychological changes. Peri-menopause is when a women has symptoms of menopause but her periods have not stopped. Coaching can be a valuable tool in supporting women through peri-menopause and menopause. By understanding the changes that occur during this time, women can navigate this transitional phase with greater ease.

Peri-menopause and menopause are complex biological process characterised by the decline in reproductive hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone and cessation of periods. This hormonal shift can result in a myriad of symptoms, including hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes. Beyond the physical symptoms, peri-menopause and menopause often triggers emotional challenges. Many women experience feelings of loss, anxiety, and a shift in self-identity. The societal stigma surrounding aging and menopause can exacerbate these emotions, making it essential to address the holistic wellbeing of women undergoing this transition.

By prioritising self-care and implementing stress-reduction techniques, you will  enhance your overall emotional health, resilience and self-acceptance.

During peri-menopause and menopause women often find themselves re-evaluating their life and career choices; I will provide guidance and support to help you make informed decisions that align with your values and aspirations. I offer guidance on managing workplace challenges, addressing issues relating to confidence and self-esteem, and exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Health and wellness are also integral to my coaching approach during this period.  I will help you develop personalised strategies for maintaining physical health through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote hormonal balance and overall well-being.

I will also support you in identifying and fostering supportive relationships. Building a strong social network can be instrumental in coping with the changes associated with this period, providing a sense of community and understanding.
